The Problem
The site of this Mike Greer development was extremely tight, with little to no flexibility for where to place council-required tanks.
With the majority of tanks only being able to fit at the front of the property, the client wanted an attractive-looking slimline water tank solution.
The Solution
Our design team revised the ranging site requirements and council requirements. They proposed FenceTank as the best solution for this project, due to the aesthetics and hidden pipework.
The client chose FenceTank as they felt it was a better-looking above ground water tank solution than other tanks on the market which, unlike FenceTank, have unsightly, exposed pipework. They also liked the fact FenceTank was quick and easy to install with no hiab or concrete base required.
The team at Watersmart installed 16 FenceTank’s across the development for reuse only, with gravity-fed hose taps. This allows residents to reuse rainwater for watering their garden and other outside activities such as washing the car/boat.
