Overview
Roger Wang from WWZ Developments came to us with a problem at their site on 798 Chapel Rd, Northpark, Auckland. WWZ Developments specializes in creating well-thought-out residential projects, and they needed a smart solution for water detention on a new development.
The project required tanks to store between 2,000 – 3,000 litres of water per lot. However, the tanks originally specified were just too big to fit in the tighter backyard spaces. With limited room, fitting the right size tank while meeting the water detention requirements was a real challenge. The tanks had to be compact enough to fit into smaller yards without compromising on functionality.
